Scope and who we are
Wasatch Parking LLC, doing business as Wasatch Parking (“Wasatch Parking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the marketing website at www.wasatchparking.com and a related public service-status page. This Privacy Policy applies to those public marketing and status experiences and to website inquiries sent to our team.
This policy does not govern the secure payment, violation, permit, or appeal experiences available through the secure driver portal. Those services may present separate notices and terms when you use them. A property owner’s or client’s contract with Wasatch Parking may also address information handled for that parking program.
Information we process
Information you choose to provide
If you email us or use an available website inquiry form, we may receive:
- Your name and email address.
- The property, organization, or event you identify and an optional city.
- The parking service you are interested in, an optional timeline, and an optional size estimate.
- The message and other details you choose to include.
- Your acknowledgement of the notice shown with the form.
Please do not send payment-card details, violation or appeal evidence, license plates, access codes, government identification, account credentials, or other sensitive information through the marketing-site inquiry form or ordinary email.
Website and security information
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Depending on the request and provider configuration, that information may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, request time, referrer, network and security signals, and diagnostic records.
If the protected inquiry form is enabled, its anti-abuse and delivery process also uses a one-time security token, the form’s source page, a request identifier, the applicable privacy-notice version, expected hostname and action information, and a hidden anti-spam field.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
As of the date above, we have not added advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or site-authored analytics or tracking cookies to this marketing website. Infrastructure and security services may use cookies or similar technologies when necessary to deliver or protect their services. If we later add optional analytics, advertising, or other materially different tracking, we will review the change and update this policy and available controls as appropriate.
How we use information
We process information from the marketing website for purposes such as:
- Operating, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting the website and public status page.
- Receiving, delivering, reviewing, and responding to parking-service inquiries.
- Detecting spam, automated traffic, misuse, security events, and other abuse.
- Maintaining business records and protecting our rights, users, clients, and services.
- Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.
We do not use information submitted through the website inquiry form to send promotional messages unless you separately ask for or agree to that communication.
How information is shared
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
- Hosting and security. Cloudflare may process website requests and security information to host, deliver, and protect the site. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps assess whether a form request is legitimate.
- Inquiry delivery. If the online form is enabled, Resend transmits the inquiry to our approved email mailbox. Our email provider and authorized team members then process the message so we can respond.
- Professional and operational support. We may provide information to advisers or service providers that support our business and are expected to handle it appropriately.
- Legal, safety, and organizational changes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or evaluate or complete a business transaction.
We do not knowingly sell personal information collected through this marketing website or use website inquiry information for targeted advertising.
Retention
We retain information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, protecting the service, and meeting legal obligations. The period may differ based on the type of information, the status of the inquiry, contractual requirements, provider settings, mailbox and backup practices, and applicable law.
Security and operational records may be retained for a different period than inquiry emails. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take steps designed to delete or de-identify it, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit an online inquiry and may contact us by email instead. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information.
To ask a privacy question or make a request, email help@wasatchparking.com. Please describe your request without including payment information, credentials, or other sensitive details. We may need information to verify your identity and authority, and some information may be retained when permitted or required by law.
Security
We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through the marketing website. Those measures include limiting the online form’s fields, validating requests, using anti-abuse controls, restricting provider credentials, and limiting operational log content.
No method of transmission, storage, or security control is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, altered, or disclosed without authorization.
Children’s privacy
This marketing website is intended for property owners, property teams, organizations, event operators, and adults seeking parking information. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website inquiry form. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can review the request.
Third-party services and links
The website links to the secure parking portal and to third-party social platforms. Following a link takes you to a service governed by that provider’s practices and notices. Wasatch Parking does not control every third-party website, browser feature, or provider practice.
Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Their handling of information is also subject to their contracts, settings, and applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, providers, or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
For questions or requests concerning this policy, contact Wasatch Parking at help@wasatchparking.com.
